Challenge
The changes made by the TSA to the Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program (AOSSP) require all passengers to be pre-screened. This presented a compliance challenge to the airline on top of the increased costs and time needed for passenger processing.
Solution
ICTS Europe Systems leveraged the decades of passenger pre-screening experience accumulated amongst the ICTS subsidiaries and created a custom-built software (CPM) to facilitate the process. CPM checks and cross-references passenger itinerary and document information to streamline the pre-screening process. An instant and clear overview of the passenger appears supplying a security code, TravelDoc indicator, routing, age and an Instructional P.
The software deployed in a mobile kiosk reduces processing time by 70% and required minimal integration.
