ICTS LAUNCHES THE FIRST CPM MOBILE KIOSKS IN THE TRANSIT AREA FOR QUICKER AND MORE EFFICIENT PAX PROCESSING AT FRANKURT AIRPORT

Frankfurt is the first station to introduce the Roving CPM utilising the Enhanced Sorting Point (ESP) for their transfer area operation. CPM is the most advanced application to meet the TSA regulations for airlines flying into the US. It was developed and designed by ICTS Europe Systems, drawing on the vast experience of the ICTS Europe security team serving US carriers for over 30 years. The CPM application enables airlines to meet the new TSA regulations by processing all passengers and using a sophisticated algorithm to allow a vast majority of passengers to complete the security process within seconds. With excellent services provided both by ICTS staff and the efficient roving CPM units, more and more airlines that fly to the US deploy the solution through ICTS Europe’s operation in Europe.

ROVING CPM CONTINUES TO GROW WITHIN ICTS EUROPE OPERATIONS

ICTS Euroope’s CPM continues to grow within the company’s operations. Munich International Airport (MUC) is the latest to add the CPM kiosks, supporting Delta Air Lines’ daily operation. Our CPM mobile unit, positioned at the entrance to the check-in area, allows ICTS staff to immediately process passenger details and provide them with their security score before they check in for their US-bound flights. ICTS operators can thus handle passengers more efficiently, with increased customer service during the security process using ICTS’s security algorithm, which is based on TSA/DHS regulations. ICTS is the only service provider in the world that processes passengers electronically and automatically and thus contributes to massive time savings, more efficient operation and an enhanced service. The same agent can also offer check-in services and therefore save time and costs even further.

The number of Roving CPMs is growing across all ICTS operations in Europe, including LHR, GVA, EDI, CDG, DUB, MAN, NCE, FCO, MXP, ATH, MAD, BCN, FRA, TXL, LIS, and ZRH. Here are happy faces from our stations all over Europe.
