HERMES CYPRUS SMARTAPP CHECK-IN UNIT
Our innovative cloud-based SmartApp is now available at Larnaca International Airport in Cyprus. The Cypriot airport, which now has six of our mobile check-in units, will thereby add to the excellent service of their staff, leading to dramatic improvements in passenger processes and enhanced customer services. This in turn will contribute to substantial savings in operational costs and queuing times at the airport, thus increasing the airport’s capacity. Our innovative SmartApp completes a full check-in process within 20 seconds. In addition, our service is the only solution that combines check-in capabilities with TravelDoc (fully automated document checks) embedded within the system.
SICHUAN AIRLINES SMARTAPP CHECK-IN UNIT AT CHENGDU SHUANGLIU AIRPORT, CHINA
We are very pleased to announce that our innovative cloud-based SmartApp is now available at the Sichuan Airlines check-in area at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport in China (the airline’s main hub). Our SmartApp is fully integrated with TravelDoc and is the first cloudbased check-in app. Our SmartApp is easy to use (based on a 3-step checkin), quick (full check- in in less than 20 seconds) and efficent (check-in application that covers more than 85% of passengers). The SmartApp cuts operation costs and offers an alternative to the current costly traditional operating methods. The SmartApp improves customer satisfaction and improves processing time for both airlines and airports.
TRAVELDOC FOR AIR CARAIBES AND FRENCH BEE
We are proud to announce that Air Caraibes and French Bee have joined the TravelDoc family, having chosen TravelDoc as their automated document check software hosted on CM. This is another vote of confidence in TravelDoc as the most advanced automated document check software on CM and in the market. Air Caraibes and French Bee have thus joined EVA Air, Norwegian, IcelandAir, Air France, KLM, Air Europa, China Airlines, Garuda and Kenya Airways in using TravelDoc on CM for their automated document check, and thereby gaining better customer service and greater savings on their operating costs.
ICTS TRAVELDOC USER GROUP MEETING
On the 17th and 18th of July, in London, ICTS together with Amadeus hosted the first-ever ICTS-Amadeus TravelDoc Experts User Group meeting. As of the end of June 2018, TravelDoc serves over 20 million passengers every month! TravelDoc continues to be the most advanced ADC in the market, and formed this user group to get all the experts among our users on CM in one room in order to exchange feedback, discuss new features and explore additional developments required. The new features are already in development, and additional user groups are planned.
EMIRATES CHOSE ICTS CPM FOR US-BOUND FLIGHTS FROM MXP AND ATH
We are proud to welcome Emirates who are now using ICTS CPM, operated by ICTS Europe team at MXP and ATH. The CPM software, operated using our innovative mobile check-in units, offers Emirates an advanced tool to meet the new TSA regulations as well as provide quick and efficient service to their passengers. CPM is yet another toll that underscore the excellence of ICTS Europe personal across Europe in order to maintain ICTS’ position as the leading provider of security services to the US carriers and to carriers flying to the US.
ICTS CPM REACHES BERLIN-TEGEL AIRPORT, GERMANY
ICTS CPM continues to grow within ICTS Europe operations, and the latest location to implement the innovative solution is Berlin Tegel (TXL) Airport in Germany, to support the daily operation of United Airlines. Our CPM counter, positioned at the entrance to the check-in area, provides a quick decision-making tool housed in lightweight mobile kiosks, that allows ICTS operators to allocate passengers to a dedicated lane based on their security profile (DHS/TSA algorithm).
VIOLA WANG IS SHORTLISTED FOR THE WOMEN IN SECURITY AWARDS IN LONDON
Warm congratulations to Shumo (Viola) Wang, who was among the finalists in the Technical Contribution category at this year’s Women in Security Awards. Viola, based at ICTS Europe Systems in London, is Chief Commercial Officer for Asia. With entrepreneurial flair and an appetite for business, she has single-handedly spearheaded ICTS’ presence in Asia. Viola has brought ICTS’ cuttingedge hardware and cloud-based software solutions, including the TravelDoc and Digital Identity products, to Asia’s aviation and travel industry, improving passenger travel experience, security, and providing costsavings. The solutions are designed, developed and supported by the ICT S R&D team.
ICTS EUROPE AT THE SMART AIRPORTS & REGIONS CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION, CANADA
ICTS Europe together with our Canadian team (ASP Security Services) jointly participated at this year’s Smart Airports & Regions Conference and Exhibition in Edmonton, Canada. With our SmartApp and mobile check-in units on display, we were able to showcase our innovative SmartApp and demonstrate how beneficial our concept is, for both airports and airlines. The successful event led to few new partnerships in North America - so SmartApp is coming your way soon!
